CHICKEN & DUMPLING SOUP



Chicken & Dumplings Soup (Kuky)
4 Cups Water
1 Chicken Breast Cubed & Seasoned to Taste
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Celery Stick Chopped
1/2 Onion Chopped
1 Carrots Chopped
1 Tablespoon of Powder Chicken Flavor.

DUMPLINGS
1/2 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
(can be substituted for white flour)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
Pinch Salt
1 Tablespoon Margarine
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Cilantro Chopped
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Minced

Prepare the dough mixing the flour, baking powder, 
sugar and salt, then add the butter and with a fork mix

until crumbly mix in the milk. Set aside. In a medium pot
heat the olive oil and add the chicken, cook until it seal
(when chicken turn from pink to white). Then add the onions,
carrots and celery. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the water and the
chicken flavor. At medium high bring the soup to boil.
Add the dumplings dough by  tablespoon or teaspoon
depends on the size you want it and reduce heat to medium low.
Cover the pot and cook for 8-12 minutes.
