 PORTOBELLO BURGERS
Portobello Burgers

4 Portobello mushroom tops
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
1-1/2 tsp adobo

Garnishments
-red onion
-vegan cheese
-tomato
-lettuce (any)
-avocado
4 whole wheat buns

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, rosemary, and seasoning.
Place the mushroom tops in the bowl and toss with sauce.
Let marinate for 20 minutes, turning a few times.
Grill for around 10 minutes turning a few times.
Assemble your "burgers"
