Beef & Broccoli
(2 Servings) 

1/2-1 Lb Red Meat Thinly Sliced
1/4 Cup Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Green Pepper
1/4 Cup Onion 
1-2 Garlic Minced
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger 
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets 
1 Teaspoon Corn Starch (diluted in 1 tablespoon water)
Salt & pepper to taste 

In a large skillet in medium sauté with the oils the meat, peppers, onion, 
garlic, salt, black pepper and grounded ginger for about 10 minutes. 
Add the broccoli, soy sauce and diluted corn starch and cook for another 
5 minutes. Serve in a bed of rice or noddles.
