PAN CASERO
HOME MADE BREAD
1 1/2 - 2 cup warm water
(105-110 degree) 
2 teaspoon yeast
3/4 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cup flour
(I use 2 1/2 cup all purpose & 1 cup whole wheat) 
In a stand mixer combine 1/2 cup water, yeast, salt & sugar and let it 
rest for 10 min.  Add 1 cup of water and start adding the flour 
to the yeast mix 1/2 cup at the time. Knead the dough for 3-5 min. Let it rest 
for 45 min in a grease bowl. Punch down the dough in  a floured surface. 
Form the desired shape and place it in a baking sheet (I use a Pullman Pan) 
and let it rise again for about 40 min.  Pre-heat the oven at 380 degrees 
and bake for 20-25 min. Note to be sure that the bread is done tap the bread 
with a butter knife and if it sounds hallow it is ready to come out of the oven. 
Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
